ProfilEd for career coaches

Coach from the attempt, not the polished retell.

Career coaches use ProfilEd to inspect the attempt: the claim, the follow-up, and the gap. This is one-to-one coaching from practice records, not a placement-office cohort product.

Common questions

How is this different from Career Services Teams?

Career Services Teams is the institutional cohort and placement workflow. This page is one-to-one coaching from a client's attempts.

Does the interview score the candidate for employers?

No. You inspect the record with the client. It is not a hiring score.

Can the client share a footprint with me?

Yes, through Shared Footprint, only the attempts they select. Gaps can be included. It is not verified competence.

Do I need Interview Sequences?

Only if you want several interviews in a planned order. A first coaching loop can be one Socratic AI Interview.

Does practice prove they will get the job?

No. It is evidence they practised. You still coach. Employers still decide.

The job

A rehearsed first answer hides the part you need to coach.

In a coaching hour the useful material is what happened when the question changed. Socratic AI Interviews produce that follow-up. Interview Sequences chain several interviews. Story Quests show the decision under constraint. Shared Footprint is how the client shares selected attempts, including gaps.

Career Services Teams is the institutional cohort workflow. This page is one-to-one coaching from records. The record is practice evidence. It is not certified competence, and it is not a hiring score you can send a recruiter.

What you open in the session

  • What they said first

The position in the interview or the Story Quest choice.

  • What happened next

The follow-up, the constraint, the revision.

  • The coaching move

You still choose the next practice. ProfilEd does not replace your judgement.

A coaching loop

Practise, inspect, send them back in.

  • Assign

One interview, sequence, or Story Quest tied to the live moment coming up.

  • Inspect

Read the attempt with the client. Name the gap in their words.

  • Retry
