1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Edvanta Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and each user ("you" or "User") who accesses or uses the ProfilEd platform available at profiled.beta.thoughtjumper.com ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, subscribing to a paid tier, purchasing GEMs, or using any service on the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is currently accessible through web browsers, including mobile browsers. ProfilEd does not currently offer a separate mobile application. References to the Platform mean the browser-accessible website and related web services.
2. Platform Services
ProfilEd provides browser-based career intelligence, profile-building, skill assessment, learning, reporting, and AI-assisted guidance tools. Platform outputs may include recommendations, analyses, feedback, reports, summaries, and other digital content intended to support career development and learning decisions.
The Company may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature, tier, usage limit, GEM pricing, subscription benefit, or Platform workflow from time to time. Material commercial changes will apply prospectively unless required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or service stability.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create and use an account unless the Company has expressly enabled a supervised institutional, guardian-approved, or legally permitted access route. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@edvanta.com if you suspect unauthorized account access, misuse, or a security incident involving your account.
4. Free Tier, Subscription Tiers, and GEM Top-Ups
ProfilEd may offer a Free Tier, paid subscription tiers, and optional GEM top-ups. The Free Tier provides limited access and may include limited usage rights or complimentary credits. Paid subscription tiers provide the access rights, usage limits, GEM allowance, and benefits displayed at checkout or in the account interface.
GEMs are platform-only digital credits used to access or consume eligible paid features, premium workflows, reports, analyses, or usage beyond a subscription allowance. Users may receive GEMs as part of a subscription tier, through promotional or institutional grants, or by purchasing optional GEM top-ups.
GEMs are not money, stored value, securities, bank deposits, gift cards, or financial instruments. GEMs cannot be transferred, resold, withdrawn, converted to cash, or used outside the Platform.
5. Payments, Razorpay, and Billing
Payments may relate to subscription charges, renewals, upgrades, GEM top-ups, or other paid digital services. Payments are intended to be processed primarily through Razorpay or through another payment gateway displayed at checkout. We do not store full card, UPI, banking, or wallet credentials; those are processed by the applicable payment provider.

All prices, taxes, inclusions, subscription periods, renewal terms, and GEM quantities should be reviewed before payment. Where auto-renewal or a payment mandate is enabled, you authorize the applicable recurring charge until cancelled according to the Platform workflow and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary, cancellation of a paid subscription within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful payment for that subscription charge is eligible for a refund. After that seven-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable for the active subscription period, except where required by law or approved due to a verified billing error.
Purchased GEM top-ups are final and non-refundable once credited to the user's account, except for verified billing or payment errors such as non-crediting, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction verified through the payment provider process.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with security or performance, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, manipulate subscription or GEM balances, share accounts, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the Platform in violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access, reverse improper GEM credits, cancel benefits, or terminate accounts where we identify fraud, abuse, payment misuse, security risk, breach of these Terms, or conduct that may harm the Platform, users, partners, or the Company.
8. User Content and Platform Outputs
You are responsible for information, documents, responses, recordings, files, feedback, and other content that you submit to the Platform. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Platform outputs, including AI-assisted outputs, assessments, recommendations, reports, and analyses, are provided for informational and educational purposes. They do not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, certification, compensation, or any particular career outcome. You should use independent judgment before relying on any output for personal, academic, professional, financial, or legal decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform, software, design, workflows, content, trademarks, data models, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the Company. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred under these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or exploit the Platform or Company materials without written permission.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and DPDP Data Processing Notice. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal data may be collected and processed to provide accounts, subscriptions, GEM wallets, payments, support, analytics, security, and Platform services.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every user purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform, subscriptions, GEMs, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Platform or request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by these Terms. Upon termination, Platform access may end and unused GEMs, promotional credits, subscription benefits, or account benefits may be forfeited except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, subject to any mandatory consumer forum jurisdiction under applicable law.
